Luca Beso de Dante 2006 Robert Parker-Wine Advocate
Luca Beso de Dante 2006
90 points, ROBERT PARKER- WINE ADVOCATE
The purple-colored 2006 Beso de Dante is a blend of 55% Malbec, 25% Petit Verdot, and 20% Cabernet Sauvignon aged for 12 months in 70% new French oak. The nose exhibits pain grille, pencil lead, mineral, black currant, and blackberry. This leads to a large-scaled but elegant wine which is surprisingly light on its feet. On the palate, the wine’s flavors are already complex and intense, the oak, tannin, and acidity nicely integrated, and the finish long and pure. Drink this sophisticated effort from 2011 to 2020.
